Jane graduated from Wheaton College with a BA in Art History and Italian. She spent a year studying Art in Italy. She was a retail clothing buyer for 13 years. She went onto study at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) in the Certificate Program learning complete room design, including measuring, floor plans, design boards, and the History of Interior Design.

After RISD she added 13 years of experience working with clients, designing rooms with furniture choices, layouts, color integration, and complete design. She worked for 9 years in a well-known Boston area furniture Showroom. She loves the designer/client relationship and aiding in the selection of furniture that fits style, size, volume and spatial placement while providing the clients comfort and functionality.

Jane’s style is transitional, clean, cozy, and a little coastal. She loves combining heirloom pieces with new Upholstery, a mixing of “old and new”. Her forte has always been in developing strong

client relationships to understand clients vision and translating that into a practical living space for clients. Prior her foray into the world of Interior Design, Jane lived in a home on Beacon Hill surrounded by antiques and experienced a city home with warm antiques in a traditional setting, along with some modern pieces.

Jane also lived on the Cape in Oyster Harbors in a seaside home along the ocean for 13 summers, experiencing a true coastal interior. Having lived in MetroWest and now on the South Shore, Jane has been exposed to a myriad of Interiors that she likes to draw on for inspiration.
